About the Journal
Focus and Scope
DISEGNARECON is a digital journal focused on research and feedbacks related to the Architectural Drawing area and to the Project Comunication. It is a tool intended to create an international platform for discussion both for researchers and teachers, wishing to developde a comparison with international Enginnering and Architecture university courses. DISEGNARECON is supervised by the teaching staff of DAPT - Department of Architecture and Territorial Planning which is part of Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna (ITALY).
Peer Review Process
DISEGNARECON accepts proposals for scientific contributions by Italian and international authors. Contributions should focus on issues of concern to the magazine. The authors who wish to propose a contribution and start a submission with peer review, must register the journal or send an email request for registration to the Journal Manager (disegnarecon@unibo.it).
SUBMISSION ABSTRACT: Authors must provide their resume and an extended abstract concerning the contribution to be proposed. Where the grant is signed by several authors, it must be proposed by one of the authors, who will assume any responsibility for the process of submission and peer review. The Scientific Committee will select a number of contributions from those received. Selected authors will be asked to send the full text of the contribution to start the process of peer review.
PEER REVIEW PROCESS: The proposed contributions will be valued by two or more peer reviewer, with the aim of reaching a collective decision on the publication or display the appropriate changes to the contribution that will be sent to the proponent for the necessary changes in the shortest possible time. Peer reviewers will evaluate independently the scientific and thematic coherence of the proposed contribution, interest in the subject matter and the general quality of writing. Any decision will be taken collectively by the peer reviewer. Once the contribution has been approved in its final version, it will be put in the calendar of publications and published at the earliest opportunity, taking into account the editorial plan of the magazine. Authors must submit contributions that have not been published previously in other journals, nor in any other form of communication. DISEGNARECON consider articles published elsewhere as long as the authors assume full responsibility for the copyright terms, relieving DISEGNARECON any burden on it.
