Abstract

Architectural Heritage cannot be seen as an individual class, but while as Historic, Archaeological and Cultural heritage. In order to make the analysis of this article, we intend to discuss international documents recommended by UNESCO and ICOMOS those provide a contemporary sight to paradigm changes within this object. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) management and public policies observed by contemporary view are indispensable to preservation action.
