Estimating Maintenance.

Abstract

The evolution of construction technologies needs an integration between designers: this is essential to define solutions owning quality and economy to assure, during the life cycle of a building, a correct management approach, economically useful. Founding a methodology to realize instruments to develop economical analysis to give valid solutions to verify quality management, as topicality of the project, and value engineering, as total costs, is very important. To estimate maintenance costs in building trade, object of this research, is important to study a building, realized as industrial building, to reduce the number of temporal variables and create a reliably database: so it will possible to have a reliable maintenance cost available.
